Ghana - Project
We are currently developing a 25t/d BioLNG plant with feedstock from organic waste streams.
The project consists of a mid‑sized bioLNG production facility designed to process 400–600 tonnes per day of mixed waste and organic feedstocks and to produce approximately 25 tonnes per day of bioLNG, 30–45 tonnes per day of pelletised organic fertilizer, and 45–60 tonnes per day of biogenic CO₂ as a valorisable revenue stream.
All organic streams are blended in a central mixing tank to achieve a target total solids content of 8–12% and a C/N ratio of approximately 20–30:1.
With a design advantage of the plant planned to diversify feedstock to reduce risks associated with seasonality, we mitigate by Reducing dependency on a single waste stream thus creating resilience to seasonal and contractual variability.
The plant is sited in Ghana, West Africa and targets European bioLNG markets (trucking and maritime), regional or export fertilizer markets, and Beverage /industrial CO₂ users or sequestration markets.
