Our Strategy

Our strategy is hinged on a strong focus in creating a sustained stakeholder value through efficient and optimized operations from feedstock supply chain for biogas/biolng operations using anaerobic digestion, and distribution to clients.

We aim to ensure bioLNG is available to customers as an efficient and sustainable fuel. In this regard, we are looking to strategically develop and increase the production of biomethane/BioLNG capacity by 2035. This will include the development and building of new plants and biorefinery in key and strategic hubs across west Africa to serve clients in the maritime and transport sectors.

By 2035, we look forward to achieving a 300t/d BioLNG production. This requires a safe operation, well maintained plant for reliable operations, expansion of organic feedstock sources, and a safe and healthy personnel leading in various segments across all departments to ensure production remains at its optimum.
